Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

By Customer:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at support@sreeshop.com or call 8220887928.

After Dispatch:

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy below.

By Sreeshop:

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to out-of-stock situations, payment issues, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible for Return:

  • Items received in wrong size, color, or style.
  • Defective or damaged products.
  • Items significantly different from website description.

NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags and packaging.
  • Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Sale or discounted items marked as 'Final Sale'.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@sreeshop.com with subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Order Number]".
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
  • Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Ship the item to our return address using a trackable courier.

Note: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be credited as follows:

  • Original Payment Method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking): 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Store Credit / Coupon Code: Within 24 hours of return approval.
  • EMI Orders: Refunded to the original payment source; EMI cancellation subject to bank policies.

Note: Razorpay processing fees (if any) may not be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer one-time free size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns and mention "Exchange Request" in your email.
