Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Partners

We ship across India through trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post. The carrier assigned depends on your delivery location.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number once the order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2-4 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4-6 business days.
  • Remote Areas & North-East India: 6-10 business days.

Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors like weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Flat shipping fee of ₹79 for orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Express delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order:

  • On our website under "My Orders".
  • Directly on the logistics partner's website using your AWB/tracking number.
  • By contacting us at support@sreeshop.com or 8220887928.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, you may request re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund of the product amount (original shipping fees will be deducted).

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged in Transit:

If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Take photos and notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@sreeshop.com.

Lost Shipment:

If tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received the order, notify us within 48 hours. We will raise a complaint with the courier and investigate. Resolution may take 7-10 business days.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Sreeshop ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

9. PO Boxes & Restricted Areas

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery to certain pin codes may be restricted due to courier network limitations. You will be notified at checkout if your pin code is not serviceable.
